Went to the doctors this afternoon. It was just the results of a test and as I stayed back at work I just went in work clothes. The dr wanted to listen to my heart. I apologised for my dirty uniform,I spilt food all down it and it smelt ( I only expected to sit opposite the dr and get results, far enough not to smell, lol). His response was so eloquent: 
Work is dignity. Don’t ever apologise for it.
