After reading many articles such as this one and realising that I am quite addicted to my Facebook, I am going to try to not use my laptop or iPad after 9pm (I only have a dumb phone).

I tried it for the first time last night and found it more difficult than I thought because there were so many things that I ‘just wanted to check’ or look up. I wrote them all down for today, but not having that immediate knowledge satisfaction made me realise that I am actually quite addicted to my devices in general.

I intend to keep it up for at least one month and use the time for reading library books or planning stuff.

Have you tried this, what have your results been like?
